Is he starting to like me again?

Okay so my neighbor Thomas and i have been friends for 3 years and when we first met we liked each other but it was always bad timing and so we never acted on it. After a while our feelings changed and we were just friends but i stopped hanging with him for some odd reason and now he always wants to hang out and he invited me to go camping with his family upstate memorial day weekend (i said yes) and he bought me lunch one time, Our parents joke and say we are going out but we constantly tell them no. Thomas is always bringing that up he will be like "does ur dad still think were going out" or one time i was at his house and his mom was on the phone and she told whoever he was on the phone with that thomas had just got off the phone and thomas was like with my gf and then i looked at him and he was like i was on the phone with u, He is also always telling me i dont need to lose weight (kinda self conscious about it) i weigh 110 and im 5 feet) well anyway but then he is always telling me about all these girls he likes in school im so confused help =/
