Europeans and their "jungle fever"?

I have lived in Europe on and off for seventeen years, and have noticed this attracness with Black men and woman. The Germans are curious about the black race, a good friend of mine(He is black) told me of going into a Gasthous and a child went up to him and asked if she could touch the skin of his arm. Curiosity attracts people to get closer to blacks which they regard with mysterious interest, and closeness feeds relationships!
