I downloaded something and i cant go on runescape, cant sign into google and youtube, HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS?

i dont play runescape but i wanted 2 sell an account and downloaded this program it was either a stat changer or gp generator and know i cant go on runescape cant sign into google or youtube please help me get rid of this thing. the program is already deleted but a file stops me from signing into google, youtube and runescape just doesn't work at all. please help THANK YOU!!
