What happend if I don't pay the hospital bill?

Well I don't know about the whole responsibility of the employer, but when my brother got injured and had to go to the hospital, he didn't have insurance. Through research, we found out that you can negotiate the bill down, that's what insurance companies do. Also the hospital can set up a payment plan for you. Just call them up and be like this is my situation and tell them you want a payment plan. But I would talk to a lawyer first, a lot of them give free consultation.
