Do people really believe ity is "genetic?"

I'm pretty sure that uality is NOT genetic, and I have proof to back it up. Two twin boys were born (genetically speaking, EXACTLY the same), yet one becomes ? It can't be genetics, because they're both the same. So then what is it? Environment, maybe. Peers, maybe. Personally, I'm not sure.
