Dull left side chest pain?

since friday the 16th my leftside of my chest started to hurt when i was sittin around doing nothing (i do alot of biking around town about 1 to 2 hours a day may be more depending on the day ) but that day i was just hangin around the house when i breath in really deep thats when it really hurts when it hit me felt like i got hit in the chest by a soft punch iam a smoker about a pack a day and a heavy drinker of caffine and beer today 19th i was sitting wit my legs up on the table when i got up my left leg was very hard to walk on my family has no history of heart or lung problems. i do have to sleep on the left side 2 get a good night sleep if i roll over i wake up iam 5'8 145pds and 29 years old
