Is it a bad idea to take my child to a newly opened/newly staffed daycare?

I am considering taking my child to a new Kiddie Academy daycare facility near my home. I am concerned because the center is new and does not have a staff that has been there a long time. I am concerned that there is no history. Do you think that it is a good idea to take my child there or not?
