Link exchanges for seo purposes?

I am looking for an automated link exchange program that gives your reciprocal links from similar sites. I'm publishing on wordpress api so that is a big factor in the equation. Also looking for any seo tips you can offer..i'm familiar with content is king and have submitted my sites to all search engines known to man.
