What are my spark plugs telling me?

I recently did a tune up on my car. It's an 8 cyl. and 2 spark plugs had a little oil on them and 1 was dripping with oil when i took them out. What do you think or know the problem to be? that way I can start pricing the repairs. Thanks in advance
