Is my boyfriends' boss a problem?

So I've known my boyfriends' boss is going through a divorce, and he's almost 40, and he's very... umm he's a pig. He's given my boyfriend a dvd of a o without my bf asking... it was really weird to me. Also, when he met me, he asked if I had any sisters. Also, I hear he flirts with girls at work. He's in construction and my boyfriend always works with him on jobs as much as they can. He's not a very good boss cuz my bf's usually stressed out about not meeting deadlines and his boss failing to get things together and stuff like that. Anyways.... I just looked at my bf's faebook and I noticed his boss has a facebook, and he made a commment on my bf's page sayin, "hey *******, you got some smokin hot friends, see u tomorrow" I'm really weirded out that his 40 yr old boss has a facebook, and also that he's checkin out girls that are ages 16-22/23ish and sayin to my bf about them being hot. My worry is that his behavior will rub off on my bf. I need someone with this experience to help me out and tell me i'm being crazy or that you would feel strange about it too. I'm not going to do anything about it, it's just weird. Thanks for listening :)
