Should we be asking Republican southerners for advice on how to govern?

You're forgetting the great state of LOUISIANA who gets more federal aid than any other state. Also the same state who's DEMOCRATIC governor didn't know how to call in the national guard to help after Katrina, because she was too busy hiding under her desk.
